Today we have a safari themed 1st birthday party created by mum Janette for her son William’s first birthday party. Janette made the fun safari cake, a two tiered carrot cake with cream cheese and fondant icing.
Janette says “I also had animal noises of Elephant, hippo, lion and gorilla playing over my ipod dock in the lounge room as people came in.Some of the children came up to me a bit concerned saying they could hear a lion! So cute!
Home made binoculars to search for wild animals!
The Safari themed bunting was sewn by Janette, she also made a themed TV screen saver and did William’s first year in photos on the wall.
They played pass the parcel with African children’s music.
