Babushka Baby Shower for Tegan

This stunning Babushka baby shower was created by Naomi, from Hello Naomi, Naomi is a robot programming computer engineer turned cake girl. Unfortunately for us Brits this talented lady is based in Australia. But lucky for us that Naomi was happy for us to share with you her sweet cakes and party styling!

Elements I love are the fresh coloured wallpaper backdrop, the beautiful fresh flowers, the sweet simplicity of the dessert table and of course the sweeter than sweet Babushka cake with it’s cute round pastel Babushka dolls! The design and invitations were designed by Natalie from imprintables which are strikingly simple and the colours are fresh and gender neutral. Vintage china for that tea party theme adds elegance and the too cute to eat Babushka doll favours are a wonderful gift for the guests as they leave the party.

Tell us about the Babushka baby shower, Naomi?

I have been looking forward to this baby shower for ages! Tegan knew exactly what she wanted – a babushka baby shower theme as she didn’t know the sex of the baby with coral, powder blue and buttercup yellow as her colour scheme. Tegan wanted a high tea baby shower to celebrate with her friends and family. Nathalie from imprintables made a very cute custom design and I put together the rest of the sweets and a tea party to match. I think it all turned out so so so sweet!
